We understand the need for exeptional care and expertise when handling ingredients, thus to avoid cross contamination with other allergens etc.
We also understand how embarrassed people feel when they have to question every ingredient in every item of food. Therefore, when catering for your party, we ensure that a great deal of the food is made for your allergy free requirements. This will also be clearly and attractively labelled. So for instance, if you are allergic to wheat and gluten, the bread, cake, pastries etc will be made using the same special ingredients, labelled and kept seperate from the rest of the food, thus to avoid cross contamination of allergens.

All items are made from the finest ingredients and where possible, sourced from local suppliers. They can be made soya, wheat and gluten, dairy or lactose free. We do not use nuts in any of our products (unless requested) and for those that request Nut Free, we ensure that all the ingredients we use are nut free.
Celebration cakes: Wedding, Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary etc, all made to your special allergy free requirements.
